This Award winning Historical Renovation on Third Street is also a perfect example of painstaking Environmentally aware building methods.  The cottage was purchased to use as a professional office.  One of the owners has severe environmental and chemical allergies.  Low environmental impact and air friendly building methods were used though out the remodel.  The result is a wonderful space which received recognition and an award from the Ashland, Oregon Historical Commission.
